Madhav Events is an event management and catering house based in Gujarat. We started with one wedding and a borrowed van; today we run full-scale shaadis, nine-night Navratri garba grounds and multi-cuisine kitchens — with the same hands-on care we began with.

Garba is where we come alive. We build the ground, the stage, the sound and the safety plan — then fill it with dhol, dandiya and folk performers. Whether it is a society event of 300 or a commercial ground of 3,000, the chaniya choli stays twirling till the last raas.

Our society's Navratri ground ran for nine nights and the food counters were packed every single evening. Sound and lighting were flawless.
We asked for a pure Jain menu for my mother's pooja and a Punjabi spread for the reception. Both were excellent, and the quote was exactly what we paid.
Questions
Before you book
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, 3–6 months is comfortable. For Navratri garba grounds, 4–6 months, because artist and sound calendars fill early. Last-minute functions are still possible — call us and we will tell you honestly what we can deliver.
Do you travel outside the city?
Yes. We regularly work across Gujarat and can travel to destination weddings elsewhere in India. Travel and stay for the crew is added transparently to the quotation.
Is the food purely vegetarian?
Our kitchens are pure vegetarian. We run separate Jain and satvik lines with dedicated utensils and staff, and we can arrange a menu tasting before you confirm.
Can we book only catering or only decor?
Absolutely. Many families hire us for a single service — most often catering or mandap decor. Bundling services simply gives you a better rate.
How does payment work?
A booking advance confirms the date, a second instalment before the event and the balance on the event day. Everything is written into the agreement with a detailed inclusion list.
